What is operational readiness maintenance (MCO)?
It covers everything that keeps an installation available, efficient and compliant throughout its life: planned preventive maintenance, fast repairs when something fails, and a documented record of every job.
Which security technologies do you integrate?
We integrate dedicated servers and video protection with AI analytics (Hik Vision, Dahua, CASD). MCO Facilities is also a certified JRI My Sirius integrator for laboratory temperature monitoring.
Where do you work?
Our head office is in Varces, next to Grenoble. We work across the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region (Grenoble, Lyon, Chambéry, Annecy…) and anywhere in France for key accounts and defence infrastructure.
Does the on-call service really cover nights and weekends?
Yes. Sites under contract have a 24/7 technical on-call service, with a technician who already knows your installation.
